The cost of exhibiting is £300+ V.A.T per 2m x 2m stand space, and £400 for 3 m x 2m stand space. The price for 3m x 2m prime locations is £500 + V.A.T.
We have designed an inclusive package to enable you to exhibit hassle free and as cost effectively as possible.
Table, cloth, chairs, electricity and Internet connection can be ordered at a small extra cost.
Website listing
Your company will automatically be added to the exhibitors list within the website and published where ever we promote the event. You will also have a web link to your company web site from the LBE web site.
Event Guide editorial entry
The show programme is given free to all visitors and is a great form of promotion. A form shall be sent to you in the exhibitor’s manual to detail what you would like included.
Marketing Collateral
We will also supply you with event marketing collateral, including visitor invitations for you to let your prospects know you’ll be at the event, this is a very important part of your promotion at the event.

Pre exhibition Marketing Hints and Tips
Don't just rely on the organisers to attract visitors. Make sure that you are equally proactive prior to the event to ensure that you maximise the number of visitors to your stand.
Some tips for pre exhibition marketing:-
· Be proactive with pre show mailers, advertising, promotions and giveaways
· Take advantage of any press release opportunities offered by the show or relevant trade publications
· Consider sponsoring the event or putting advertising material in and around the venue.
· Add an ‘events section' on your website, giving details of the show with stand number and news of what visitors can expect to see with a link to the web site www.leicesterbusinessevents.co.uk
· Add your Stand No. and the web site address to the end of all your outgoing emails.
· Contact your database and invite them to visit your stand
· Incentivise your literature by running a competition
