Who is the event for?
If you sell a product or a service to other companies – Business to Business, it would be of benefit for you to be there; with the objective of gaining new business or clients. It is open to all local and regional companies, regardless of size or turnover.

How much is it to exhibit?
£500.00 + V.A.T. for 3 Metre x 2 Metre stand space.
What do I get for my money?
The exhibition is based on Space Only. All exhibitors have an allocated space, 3m x 2m, tables, chairs and electricity can be ordered separately. We also offer the opportunity to attend a pre-event exhibitor training session, this package has been designed to help all exhibitors not only maximise their return on investment at our event, but to also ensure a great return on any face to face corporate function you attend for the future. All exhibitors are listed in the Visitor Guide and on the website with a link to own company web site.

Why is it cheaper than other business exhibitions?
Selling space only enables us to keep the cost of exhibiting to a minimum.

I don’t have any display materials, what can I do?
Pop-up display stands and multi-screen panels are available to rent or buy. Please contact us for suppliers. Brochures and leaflets can be printed on an office printer.

How many exhibitors will there be?
Each venue has its’ own layout which determines the number of exhibitors. Please download the event layout.

Will there be many visitors?

With the advertising and promotional activity planned, we expect a substantial number of visitors. We also help exhibitors circulate details to their colleagues, suppliers and clients and ask them to come along on the day. We provide all exhibitors with invitations to enable them to send out the information. Don’t forget you will also be able to network with the other exhibitors and do business with them.

How much advertising and promotion will there be?
We will be making extensive use of the local press, commercial radio, e-mail marketing, direct mail; web based marketing, telemarketing, personal networking and other business events.

Will there be similar businesses to my own there?
All types of business are welcome and we do not guarantee exclusivity for any company, however, we try to ensure there are not too many exhibitors from the same category at the event.

Is it worth it?
From the feedback we have received from previous exhibitions the answer is a resounding “yes”. After all, where else can you get this level of sales opportunity for so low a cost? We’ve had a very encouraging response from previous events, with most exhibitors gaining some very positive leads.
