The Official Exhibition Show Guide - £495
The official show guide will be given to every delegate that attends the event. (Approx 800) It includes a detailed floor plan to help find your way around the event, a description of the products and services offered by each company exhibiting, timetables of seminars and keynote presentations and a useful information section. This guide will be kept long after the show as a local directory of companies from different markets that the visitors can refer back to long after the event has finished. The Event guide is A5 in size and advertising within it cost £400 per full page or £225 per page if you are an exhibitor.
Inserts in the Official Show carrier Bag - £50 or £95 as a non exhibitor
Companies can insert a flyer or brochure into the carrier bag that will be given to every one upon entry to the event thus ensuring they receive and take home a copy of your company’s literature.
Official carrier bag sponsorship- £495
See your brand carried around the show by the visitors who are handed them as they enter the exhibition and used by most to carry the vast amount of information they collect during their visit.
Visitor badges- £255
Mailed out to all of our pre-registered visitors and worn by all of the 600+ attendees at the exhibition. See your logo on ALL of the 'visitor' badges and reach all of the pre-registered contacts before the exhibition and all of the attendees at the exhibition.
Pre-show reminder emails to pre registered and potential visitors £200 per wave. See your company logo on all emails.
There will be 8 waves of emails to pre-registered visitors in the days before the event informing them of the latest news, speakers, seminars and developments with the event.
Email marketing is also used in the run up to the event as a reminder to all businesses in the area the benefits of attending.

Registration Area- £1500
All visitors must pass through the registration area to enter and exit the exhibition. Brand this area as your own and be seen by all those who pass through. With an opportunity to hold a seminar in field of expertise. Enhanced listing in event guide. Exhibition stand space.
Seminar Area - £1500
The seminar agenda is a key part of the Leicester Business Event and there will be over 5 seminars and keynotes taking place over the day of the event covering areas of IT, sales and marketing, Finance and Leadership and motivation.

Network Area - £2000
The networking area is at the centre of the event and is a very busy part of the show. It is in a prominent area with significant branding opportunities. We will also be using this area of the event to host the exhibitor networking evening as well as the networking breakfast and lunch in association with the local media.

Speed Networking Area - £1500

Sole Event Sponsor 2008 – £POA
